RICHMOND, Va. (BP) — One-sixth percent of the world’s population lives in India – 1,109 distinct people groups who are 79.8 percent Hindu and 12.5 percent Muslim.
That’s why the International Mission Board is asking Southern Baptists to set aside a meal or an entire day of meals May 15 to intercede on behalf of the 1,065,070,607 people of India.
