Seeds From The SowerBy Michael GuidoPublished March 25, 2004
A mother asked a little girl, “ Did you behave yourself today?” “Oh, mother,” she answered, “I was gooder than the goodest.” But the word “good” has no degrees of comparison, because it’s applicable only to God. There’s no possible improvement on God. All that comes from Him – His love and laws, His grace and gifts, His pity and provisions – are good. God loves you and desires your good. Therefore, He’ll make all things work for your good. Give thanks to Him, for He’s good! |
