First Baptist Moultrie celebrated the ministry of Sam Stephens on April 17 with a special morning worship service and luncheon. Stephens has served as minister of music at the church for the past 25 years. Prior to serving at First Moultrie, he served as minister of music at Green Acres Baptist Church in Athens. He and his wife, Dianne, have two daughters, Gaile and Anne Marie.
Ray and Barbara Street celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 11. The couple are members of Mountain Park First Baptist Church in Stone Mountain and have two daughters and four grandchildren.
