Anniversaries

Dry Valley Baptist Church in Rossville celebrated its 70th anniversary on June 25. Pastor Cloyd Bell spoke. John Johnson, former choir director, led music.

Olive Springs Baptist Church in Marietta celebrated its 125th anniversary on Aug. 14 with a special service and meal. Larry Fillingim of Noonday Baptist Association spoke.

Stonecrest Baptist Church in Woodstock will celebrate its 25th anniversary on Aug. 28. Pastor Charlie Pharis and former music director Eric Olson will lead the worship service beginning at 10:30 a.m. followed by lunch.
