Ordinations

Cary Grubbs was ordained into the ministry on March 14 at First Baptist Church Griffin. A reception in his honor followed.

Jack Stanford was ordained and Bill Lambert installed as deacons Feb. 15 at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Cherry Log.

Ross Lewis was ordained into the ministry on March 21 at Shirley Hills Baptist Church in Warner Robins. In June, Lewis will begin a two-year missions work with the International Mission Board.

Dan J. Story, Jr. was ordained into the gospel ministry March 6 at Salem Baptist Church in Sylvester.

Richard H. Thigpen was ordained into the gospel ministry on Feb. 8 at New Bethel Baptist Church in Bartow.
