NASHVILLE, Tenn. (BP) — LifeWay Christian Resources has introduced Christianpodder.com to allow users to listen to quality Christian content anywhere from a crowded urban subway to the secluded Australian outback and everywhere in between.

Christianpodder.com provides a free repository of podcasts, or digital audio files, that users can download to their MP3 players or other devices for playback at any time and any place. Since Christianpodder.com is a repository, not a directory, the files are housed on the site itself so users can download directly from there.

Christianpodder.com already includes podcasts on a wide range of topics including Bible study, instrumental worship music, family and relationships, and theology. Gary McClure, manager of marketing in LifeWay’s e-business department, said he anticipates the site will grow immensely as pastors and ministry leaders submit their own audio content for download.
