Retirements

David B. Turner retired as pastor of Clarkesville Baptist Church on Dec. 31 following 35 years in the ministry. Turner also served churches in Augusta, Rockmart and Toccoa, as well as Easley and Greenville, S.C. He and his wife, Mary, continue to live in the Clarkesville area. Henry Fields is interim pastor.
