Alex Kendrick, who with his brother Stephen wrote, produced and directed Facing the Giants, takes a break from production responsibilities to discuss the film which has gained national attention in recent weeks. The brothers are the media and teaching pastors at Sherwood Baptist Church in Albany.

University of Georgia football coach Mark Richt flew to Albany to film a scene in Giants. Richt, seen here with Stephen Kendrick, saw the Kendrick brothers’ previous film, Flywheel, and agreed to a cameo appearance in the production.
