Retirements

Music director Becky Worthy has retired from Cooperville Baptist Church in Milledgeville.

Lee Roy Hall announced his retirement as area missionary of Middle Georgia Area Missions Program at the Area Advisory Committee Meeting on Nov. 19. Hall's retirement will be effective Mar. 31.

Janet Jones retired from Immanuel Baptist Church in Savannah on Dec. 31. Jones served as association administrative assistant for 9 1/2 years. A reception was held in her honor on Dec. 14.

Pat Jordan retired as church secretary at Limestone Baptist Church in Cochran. The church honored Jordan for her twelve years of service on Dec. 14.

Gene Wilson announced his retirement as pastor of New Salem Baptist Church in Griffin, effective Mar. 31. Wilson has served New Salem for 16 years and has been in ministry for 31 years.
