Barkley, Index production editor, and family welcome newest addition

Index Production Editor Scott Barkley, his wife Amy, and their daughter, Rylee, officially welcomed a new addition with the adoption of Jackson Reese Barkley Sept. 19 at the Frank Moore Administration Building in Cartersville. Jackson will celebrate his first birthday Nov. 3, the day his father turns 34. Pictured are the Barkleys with Bartow County Superior Court Judge Shepherd L. Howell.
