Seeds From The Sower

A preacher’s wife had a great liability. She insisted on lying around all day. One day she saw her husband trying to sew a button on his shirt.

“Dear,” she shouted, “the thimble’s on the wrong finger.”

“I know,” he answered. “It should be on yours.”

The most faulty are the most prone to find faults. But uncovering another person’s faults won’t cover up your own.

So when you’re tempted to point a finger, why not hold out a helping hand?
