Homecomings

Euharlee Baptist Church celebrated its homecoming on Oct. 17. Morning worship included a concert by the Jody Brown Family. A covered dish lunch followed.

Mount Moriah Baptist Church in Washington County celebrated its 137th homecoming with the dedication of a new fellowship hall. Larry Meadors, who pastored the church 37 years ago when the original fellowship hall was constructed, was named pastor emeritus. Jarrett Burch is pastor.

Rentz Baptist Church will celebrate its homecoming on Nov. 7. The event will mark the beginning of the church's centennial celebration, which will be recognized in November 2005. The day also serves as Tom Vann's eighth anniversary as pastor.

Jasper Springs Baptist Church in Garden City will celebrate homecoming on Nov. 14. Services will begin at 10:30 am followed by a covered dish lunch.
