Ordinations

Darrin Duncan, J.D. Dyches, Jr. and Eric Knight were ordained as deacons on Oct. 10 at First Baptist Church of Garden City. A reception followed in their honor.

Mark Davis was ordained as a deacon on Oct. 24 at Confederate Avenue Baptist Church in Atlanta.

Brett Kirkland was ordained into the gospel ministry at Chickasawhat-chee Baptist in Dawson on Oct. 17. The church had previously called Kirkland as their interim pastor on Sept. 12.

Charles Warren was licensed into the gospel ministry at Rentz Baptist Church on Oct. 24 with a special dedication service.
