Carlton Allen was called as pastor at First Baptist Church Commerce and began serving Oct. 24. Allen comes to the church from First Baptist Claxton. He is joined by his wife, Donna, and their three children.

 

Neil Cardwell began serving as pastor at Northminster Baptist Church in Stone Moun-tain Association on Nov. 1.

 

Doug Duke accepted a call as associate pastor of discipleship at Mt. Olive Baptist Church on Aug. 1. The church held an ordination service for him on Oct. 24.

 

Shiloh Baptist Church in Lamar County called Jeffrey Dumont as director of outreach and ministry. He began serving the church on Oct. 1.

 

Will Hayes III began serving as part-time youth minister at The Greater Solid Rock Baptist Church in Riverdale on Sept. 26.

 

Molena Baptist Church in Centennial Association called Bryson Holloway and Lindsey Mitcham as part-time music directors. They began their service Sept. 12.

 

Clarence Jackson accepted a call as minister of education at Shiloh Baptist Church in Lamar County on Oct. 1.

 

John M. King accepted a call as pastor of Alcova Mountain Baptist Church in Monroe early this year. King served a number of churches throughout Georgia. He served as pastor at Nails Creek Baptist Church in Homer for 10 years until retiring in 1996.

 

Randy Little began serving Oak Hill Baptist Church in Lawrenceville as minister of students in June. He is joined by his wife, Susan, and two daughters, Megan and Emily.

 

Kevin Marable accepted a call as director of preschool and children's ministries at Oak Hill Baptist Church in Lawrenceville and began serving in September. He is joined by his wife, Amanda, and daughter, Anna Grace.

 

Dennis Patterson was called as pastor at Molena Baptist Church in Centennial Association and began serving Oct. 31. He is joined by his wife, Tracie, and two children, Andrew and Amanda.

 

Andrew "Drew" Prince began serving as pastor at Shadnor First Baptist Church in Fairburn Association on Oct. 17. He is joined by his wife, Kimberly, and their daughter, Greer.

 

Ronny Spillers was called as staff evangelist and director of Christian counseling at Second Baptist Church in Griffin. He began serving Sept. 5.

 

Leroy Spinks resigned as pastor of First Baptist Church Bainbridge after serving more than eleven years, effective Dec. 31.

 

Allen Stephens began serving as education/youth minister on Oct. 17 at The Rock Baptist Church in Fairburn Association. He comes to the church from Woodbury Baptist Church and is joined by his wife, Rebecca.
