Welcome to Georgia Voices, a column written expressly by and for Georgia Baptists.

This allows paid subscribers the opportunity to share their thoughts on a range of topics that require more space than a Letter to the Editor.

Contributors must get prior approval and justify their article – explaining why their column would be of interest to the broader Georgia Baptist audience – and write concisely within a strict 600 word count. As a point of reference, click here to view an article that is 533 words.

Each contributor will be allowed only one column per year, and no rebuttal will be allowed should there be a difference of opinion.

And, as is our standard policy, unsolicited manuscripts will not be accepted, acknowledged or returned. To submit an idea for this space, contact Managing Editor Joe Westbury at jwestbury@christianindex.org.
