Beaverdam Baptist Church is seeking a bi-vocational Senior Pastor to lead the church to the next level of ministry and growth, both physically and spiritually. The church was established in 1822 and we just celebrated our 200-year anniversary in the ministry! With that being said, the exciting thing is that we have experienced the greatest growth over the past few years. Even during the Covid pandemic when other churches were experiencing a "cool down" in all things "church," God was, and still is, richly blessing the ministry at Beaverdam. Since 2019, God has blessed the church with 131 new members and even more exciting than that is that we have been able to witness 45 baptisms in that same period of time. We do not mention these numbers in a way to focus on "numbers." We mention those numbers to share the good news of what God has done and is continuing to do. Areas of ministry at Beaverdam include Sunday School/Small Group classes for all ages including Nursery, Pre-K, K-2nd Grade, 3rd Grade-5th Grade, Teens, Young Adults, Mid-Aged Adults, Senior Ladies and Senior Men's classes. Our Children's Ministry is currently offered on Sunday nights and is centered around a curriculum called "TeamKid." We do have a Sunday night Bible study/worship service as well. On Tuesday's, a College & Career ministry is offered. Our Mid-Week "Recharge" on Wednesday's includes a Bible study for students/teens, a Bible study geared for our senior adults and currently a Bible study on prayer that is open to all ages. Beaverdam also has strong Women's and Men's Ministries that meet each month as well. If a church experiencing a renewal...a revival, and one of growth is the type of ministry that you have prayed to be a part of, then our search team would love the opportunity to speak with you.
