CLEVELAND, Ga. – Truett McConnell University is proud to announce that graduates of the Rielin and Salmen School of Nursing achieved a 100% first-time pass rate on the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) in 2025, for the second year in a row.

This outstanding accomplishment reflects the dedication of TMU’s nursing students, the expertise of its faculty, and the university’s commitment to preparing healthcare professionals who excel in both skill and character.

Dr. Heather C. Ayers, Chair of the Rielin and Salmen School of Nursing, praised the achievement: “A 100% NCLEX pass rate is a clear demonstration of our students’ perseverance and our faculty’s devotion to academic and clinical excellence. This milestone underscores the strength of our Christ-centered approach to nursing education. Our graduates enter the workforce as highly skilled nurses and servant leaders, prepared to deliver compassionate care, uphold integrity, and make a lasting impact on healthcare and the lives of their patients.”

The NCLEX-RN is a rigorous, nationally standardized exam required for nursing licensure. Achieving a perfect pass rate places TMU’s nursing program among the most distinguished in the state and nation.

The Rielin and Salmen School of Nursing, launched in 2013, continues to grow in reputation for academic rigor, faith-based education, and producing highly skilled professionals who embody the mission of TMU: to equip students to fulfill the Great Commission.
