The Georgia Baptist Mission Board’s Annual Meeting will be held November 9–10 at Second Baptist Church in Warner Robins. We look forward to gathering for a meaningful time of business, worship, fellowship, and encouragement.
As we prepare, please pray for President Steve Browning and Executive Director Thomas Hammond as they lead, for our worship leaders and program participants, and for the staff working behind the scenes. Please also pray for Second Baptist Church as they graciously host us and share their facilities.
Come prepared to participate. Arrive early Monday for the Evangelism Conference, take advantage of the breakout sessions and speakers, and participate fully in the Annual Meeting. Make time for alumni luncheons, networking opportunities, and the display area. Reconnect with friends, build new relationships, and encourage one another.
Most importantly, remember that the Annual Meeting is more than what happens inside the church. We will gather in restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, and other places where people who do not know Jesus are present. Be intentional, attentive, and ready to share the gospel. Our gathering should strengthen us for the mission God has given us—the Great Commission.
